General information about the online store
We sell our products in Finland and abroad. Product prices based on online shopping VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.
Ordering
Products are ordered online at https://official.pookwatches.com.All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the products ordered. Obtaining an order confirmation using an e-mail address, for example, can be done in connection with the order.The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.
Order confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, where you will see the contents of the order, all prices and delivery costs. We do not provide separate username accounts for storing your order electronically.
You can pay in our online store with all known credit cards in the Paypal service or with the help of the Paytrail payment service provider via online banking. See below for more information on payment methods. All prices include VAT and the currency used is the euro. Paypal Inc. and Paytrail Finland act as payment service partners for the online store.
Payment methods
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.
Payments by credit cards via Paypal
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Card payment is done securely with the secure payment form of the Paypal service.
We do not store any payment information in our online store electronically.
Collector Invoice and Installment
We offer the opportunity to pay by invoice or installment in cooperation with Collector Bank AB.When you select the invoice and installment option as your payment method, you’ll automatically receive an interest-free payment period until the last day of the following month. You can pay the entire amount at once or divide the payment into smaller installments by concluding an overdraft agreement with Collector Bank. Invoices are due on the last day of each month, so you can have up to 60 days to pay your invoices. An invoice fee of 2.95 euros is added to the invoice. It is possible to pay for products with an invoice or installment for 5,000 euros and the repayment period is 36 months. The nominal annual interest rate is 26.4%.Upon receipt of the invoice, you can select the installment by paying the minimum monthly amount shown on your invoice and sending Collector Bank the signed overdraft agreement by the due date of the invoice. The credit agreement can be sent either by letter (Box 11 914, 404 39 Gothenburg, Sweden) or scanned by e-mail (contactcenter@collectorbank.fi). The credit agreement as well as the general terms and conditions and the standard European consumer credit information (SECCI) are available on Collector Bank’s My Pages portal (oma.collector.fi).
When paying by invoice or installment, you must be at least 20 years old and we will perform a credit check upon ordering. Late payments and unpaid invoices will be charged a reminder fee of EUR 5 plus interest of 2.2% per month for the delayed period.
Delivery time
We post our products every weekday. Depending on your bank connections, we will do so within approximately 1-5 business days of paying the purchase price. Deviating delivery times are announced on our website or on the connected channels.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can view delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the Shopping Cart. As a rule, we always deliver orders as a package, for which you will automatically receive instructions in your e-mail.
Unclaimed shipment
We deliver all orders by post. An arrival notification for an incoming package will be sent by e-mail and text message if the above information has been added correctly when ordering. If the package is not picked up during this time, it will be returned to the sender. An unclaimed shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act. In these cases, we will automatically charge the full postage and handling.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.
Pre-sold or pre-reserved products made separately from the customer’s own order are not returnable or cancelable products or orders, these products will be made from the every uniq order.
According to the return, include the following information:
– your name, address, e-mail address, original purchase receipt and telephone number
– refunds will always be made by original payment method within 30 days.
– return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
Problem situations during transport and for defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@pookwatches.com or by mail:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
Change
We reserve the right to change all our delivery terms and times. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time.
Warranty
Pook Watches 24 months guarantee from the date of purchase. All new products from the 20.7.2021 are granted 36 month warranty ( 3 years )
No other warranty is given, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability. No warranty shall extend beyond the period of 24 months from the date of original purchase.
Pook Watches company shall not be liable, by virtue of the limited warranty or otherwise, for any loss or damage, injury, or death arising out of the use of or inability to use the product, or for any incidental or consequential damages relating in any way to this product.
The warranty covers the movement of the watch only, it’s not covering watch box or anything over the watch movement. Any unauthorized repair for the watch will void warranty.
This limited non-transferrable warranty on the watch movement shall be the exclusive manufacturer warranty, except to the extent prohibited by law.
The following are specifically
excluded from the limited warranty:
Loss of water resistance for any watch that passes a water resistance test on return to Pook Watches company or its authorized retailers;
Damage resulting from accidental impacts or inappropriate or abusive use;
Unauthorized repairs;
Scratches, chipping, or any damage to case, case coatings, crystal, crystal coatings and sapphire inserts;
Damage or loss of water resistance to sapphire bezel inserts;
Bands, bracelets, and other accessories;
Bezel inserts;
Lume applied to bezel inserts and or bezel pip;
Lost bezel pip inserts;
Crowns/stems and cases;
Watch Finishing;
Dial and Hands;
Battery;
Accessories;
Watch movements sold separately.

Warranty informations are behind two step secured databases and stored separately from the customer information, warranty information will be terminated after 10 years of watch purchase.

Only possible maintenance activities etc. may result in a transfer of contacts that will be agreed separately with the information provider.
